"One Book, One City - Malibu" invites you to participate in the joy that can come from reading one great book and sharing it with others.
Our goals include promoting literacy and providing additional support to the Malibu Public Library.
Reading ... great literature provokes us to think about ourselves, our environment and our relationships.
Community ... is built and enhanced through discussion and sharing in city-wide events.
Enjoyment ... of good books adds richness and depth to life.
Literacy ... is all-important. It is our number one goal. In our technological age, the need to promote literacy cannot be overstated.
